I checked my address it was cable enabled for 50Mbits. I received the router, and read instruction. It is said: if you have: "Kabelanschluss-Dose" then you need to use: "MultimediaDosenadapter". But I have no such adapter in my box. So I received the router but have no option to connect it. So Vodafone has to send it to me, but I don't know how to order it. I tried chat - but help system does not understand me (even when I try to write in German).

You can either order the adapter that way (the „dirty“ solution) or report that self-installation failed (the better solution) - in that case a technician will be sent to install the correct outlet (Muktimediadose).
