Hello Team,

I have purchased a new Kabel connection and to access the online portal , I requested for Activation Code, after receiving the same I tried to register the same but I am continuously getting an error saying " Something does not work".

Not they have blocked the access and saying you have tried multiple time so it is blocked.

Can someone help what is the issue with the activation code, I received or can I get a new code through an email.

which cable router do you want to register?

if it is a Fritzbox, what ist the acrticle number?

in which federal state of Germany do yo live?

Router is : Vodafone Station.

Federal State : NRW
