    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered Internet Kabel contract on 13.08.2024 and when master showed up on 16.08.2024 turns out we do not have access to basement, he said Vodafone will figure it out with GCP (my building company) and call me back for a new appointment.&lt;BR /&gt;it is been 14days(2 weeks!!!) and i have no information at all&lt;BR /&gt;Technical support number keeps me in endless loop without connecting to a real person, TOBI chat also have not provide anything useful&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no idea how to reach anyone responsible and figure when and how my internet will be provided&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am about to terminate contract&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are responsible for giving the technician all access he needs in the house - VF already fulfilled their part with sending the technician, so you have no cause to terminate the contract. Work it out with GCP and try to setup a new appointment. Support in English is available via WhatsApp.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
