Termination of Contract after 2 year period

Hi, I would like to terminate my contract after my internet contract is terminating on 01.09.2024, I tried calling the hotline number on the customer support page but I can't speak German and was unable to talk to the customer care. Is there a way to do it online or can i get english customer support?

Thanks for the reply, I filled the form online but i didn't get any confirmation via email or anything. Is there a way to confirm the termination? Also do i need to return anything like router etc?

Yes, you have to return the router, you can get a label for that here:

In your account overview you should see the status of your contract. If that leaves you with questions, use WhatsApp.

Thanks for the information. What happens if I'm unable to return the router because I moved out of my older apartment and I'm not sure if i can go back and find the router 😞

You will be charged for it, how much that will be depends on the router model. The minimum as far as I know is 35 Euro for the standard router, Fritzboxes are more expensive. Keep in mind that (in case of cable hardware) this payment does not make you the owner, the routers will not get activated again - but you can still send them back and get your money back.

Thanks, I had the "Vodafone Station" and i can't find out the one time cost for it, Where can i find that information?

That‘s the standard router, so it should be 35 Euro.
