Help with my account

I have a cable internet contract but i am unable to setup my account. I have tried several times to connect to the twitter support but no reponse also.

I have gotten to the point where i need to added the activation code but i dont know where to get it from.
I tried requesting for it via the web portal but it keeps returning an error.

And right now i need to change the bank details on the account and i cant even access the account.

Please how do i go about resolving this?
