early cancellation and device lost

Hello Vodafone community,

I would like to cancel my contract as I am moving to France from Germany in August for four months.
Also my device is lost and I would not want someone to use it without my permission.

I signed my contract in January in NRW region and I was assured by vodafone employee that I would be able to cancel it without any penalty before I leave. Now I have moved to Hamburg and my new apartment already has a vodafone connection. I have visited multiple stores and written countless emails to vodafone by have not yet received a solution.

How can I cancel my contract and pay my dues for the lost router asap so that my stolen router cannot be used?

thank you very much for your message. Do I understand correctly that you have lost the router?
Did you move in with someone who already has a Vodafone contract?
You can either enter a general cancellation in your “MyVodafone” account or write to us via WhatsApp. We can also help you with the termination there.
