Hello,

I have received my invoice for July´24 and there is 4 euros for Rücklastschriftgebühr June´24

Due to the bank account changes, I paid my June invoice with manual transfer on 27.06.2024

Please advise why 4 euros are included in July invoice?

Hello @Sofya_T ,

Vodafone tried to take the money from your bankaccount. The bank refused AND charged Vodafone for this unsuccessful try. So Vodafone gives it to you, because it was not Vodafones fault.
