Hello, I have just seen that from December 2023 I started to pay with ~5euro more each month for the same contract. I'm not aware or informed about why the price has changed. Can you please check why has been added "Basispreisanpassung
5 EUR (monatlich)" starting from December 2023?

I'm sorry for writing in English but I'm not a German speaking person...

The base price adjustment was a price increase that was implemented.
You should have been informed about it.
From that point on, you had a right of termination of 3 months.
There is currently a legal process regarding the procedure and until that is completed, the price increase will remain.
