    <description>&lt;P class="lia-align-justify"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Good morning support team, I hope you are all doing well&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-justify"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-justify"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I received my router in the mail last night, and I do not have internet service. I tried linking my contract to my account last night, but the activation code I received in the mail did not work. Is this what is causing the disruption?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-justify"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-justify"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;If so, is there any solution besides receiving a new activation code in the post? I cannot call customer service as my German is extremely poor.
