      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am moving to a new place in the same town where I currently live (barely 3km away) and I requested the move of my internet to the new place via this&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;(&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.vodafone.de/hilfe/alles-zum-umzug.html?_gl=1*v9thfy*_gcl_au*MTI2MTE3MTI5Mi4xNzE0Mjk4NTA0LjIxMTUwNDc4MDQuMTcxNjQ5MDg3Mi4xNzE2NDkxMDYx" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.vodafone.de/hilfe/alles-zum-umzug.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;) which just directed me to do it via the chat bot. The new place uses fiber, I checked and Vodafone is available there normally. Thing is, I still haven't gotten any confirmation email or contact stating that my request was proceeding. What can I do here?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
