Activate port forwarding on Vodafone station

I want to activate port forwarding on my vodafone station, but I dont see the option in router settings.
I tried calling Vodafone customer support including technical support but nobody knows it.

I referred this post https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/Ger%C3%A4te/Synology-NAS-Open-VPN-and-Vodafone-Station/m-p/3039653#M222464 which says it was activated for them after calling customer support.

So I would like to know how can I activate for my router.

IPv4 port forwarding settings are only visible when dual stack is activated for your connection

with DS lite you can't configure any port forwarding because your IPv4 is not public

Thanks for the answer. How do i know if dual stack is activated for my account? I live in Berlin. And I am not sure what DS lite mean, could you please share more details?

you can try via WhatsApp or SMS

if they activate or not is only goodwill because your contract states only for DS lite

Thanks but that didnt help, I tried calling their technical department multiple times and none of them can help me. Some says "yes its possible, let me enable it" but I dont see any option on my router's settings page, other say "they dont know". What kind of provider is Vodafone that dont train their staff, port forwarding is one of the common practice from decades and they dont know how to enable it for a customer.
Such an incompetent provider!!!
