Anbieterwechsel wurde von O2 abgelehnt

Hello, i've signed a contract with Vodafone over Check24 last year on 23.10. Yesterday i received a letter from Vodafone that the provider change was rejected from O2. What will happen now? The new contract with Vodafone should've started after the contract with my old provider is no longer active, but i see now that the start date of the Vodafone contract is 16.02.2024. Does this mean that i will have to pay for both contracts at the same time? What should i do ? I've already sent a kündigung to my old provider and am waiting to be processed.

This is what the letter from Vodafone says : Ihr Anbieter-Wechsel und damit Ihre Kündigung wurden abgelehnt, da:
- Sie noch einen weiteren Anbieter beauftragt haben. Wenden Sie sich bitte bei Fragen dazu an Ihren alten
Anbieter.
This is what i got from O2 : Du hast momentan einen bestehenden Vertrag bei o2 und zwei weitere noch nicht aktivierte Verträge bei anderen Anbietern. Da der eine bereits eine Portierung und Kündigung bei o2 eingereicht hat, kann der zweite jetzt nicht selbes versuchen. Du musst doch wissen, wo Du Verträge geschlossen hast.
I've signed a contract only with Vodafone. I think someone messed something up because i had to fill out two times the Anbieter wechsel formular.
