Termination Due to Move Out

Hello everyone,

This is the first time I am writing here so I hope It's the right place.
My job contract is going to end prematurely and therefore I am leaving Hannover.
I will move with a friend for some time and possibly will go back to dormitories after that or maybe into a WG or my own place in sachsen anhalt.
Situation is quiet unpredictable for me now regarding where I will stay and I don't know how long it will take because I am also visiting my home country soon. But I will definitly move out of my current place of residence at the end of the month.
Is it possible to put the contract in some kind of Hold situation until I move in some place permanantly? and then keep it if possible?

Or even better is it possible to terminate it?
