      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to access my data in the app but it never worked and I can't see any information about my contract and the bills, my bank details. I've called the hotline many many times but nobody can help since my German is not fluent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The message " Das hat leider nicht geklappt" shows to every option I try to access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
