    <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my tariff yesterday and I lost my internet connection after that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems my contract has not been confirmed yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need my activation-code and It seems they will send it to me in 3-5 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I call the hotline they ask me to wait for 1 hour and then nothing happen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
