Hi,

I am writing from Berlin. I do have a kabel internet contract but I am planning to move abroad very soon. I will do the abmeldung by the end of this week.

How and where can I submit the request of termination?

Hi J0hann,

sorry but looks like a never ending loop. I wrote to the support on Facebook and they sent me a link that brings me to "MeinVodafone" page. So not useful at all.
Can you tell exactly what do you? Otherwise i will just send an "Einschreiben", very old school but effective I guess.

Hi @Matthew07,

well you need to cancel your contract and send us a copie of the Abmeldung.

I think they send you the link to our formular portal. So you can upload it yourself and the contract can be cancelled with no problems or anything.
