Revoking Tariff Change

I had cable internet (250 mBit download 25 mBit upload) that I changed the tariff online to 1000 mBit download/50 mBit upload speed since the system said it is available in my apartment. I did it today and the speed I get now is max 500 mBit download and upload is around 30 mBit. It was also supposed to be €5 more than my 250 mBit tariff price but now in MyVodafone, it shows like +15 €. I am trying to revoke the tariff change. It is much harder to revoke it back unfortunately especially because I do not know German. Anybody can help me to revoke my tariff?
