Early cancellation of cable internet contract

Hello,

I am moving to another location within Germany and would like to cancel my cable internet contract. I got a cancellation confirmation at the end of contract period (31.10.2024). But I moving in January 2024 and my landlord already provides another service provider for internet, hence I cannot take my current connection with me. Could someone help me cancel my contract at the early date?

Hello @hg1193 ,

for an earlier cancellation it is not crucial if your landlord has another provider. If your contract is technically possible at your new adress, it moves with you.
