      <title>New Customer - Router installation did not work - No English support</title>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have bought the cable router 1 month ago and I have installed it last week for the first time. The router was on for more than 2 days but all lights keep blinking white even after I restarted it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried to call support around 8 times. Only twice I was able to speak to someone in English and they both said they will check the issue and get back to me but never did. It has been almost 1 week and the issue is not solved.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is a very bad experience with Vodafone until now. Kindly allow an English-speaking customer support agent to call me back to check the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
