    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hallo,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently received my new router as I have just moved to a new area. I followed the instructions to install the device but the internet light will not stop blinking red. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods like restarting the router, unplugging, and replugging, but nothing has changed. I would like to have a technician come look at everything however I'm not sure how to request one or make an appointment. Any direction on this issue would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
