Internet line damaged, what are my options for compensation. Need internet for home office etc.

Dear Vodafone,

Internet has been off since last week. A technician came along and informed that the line is damaged and would need 3-4 weeks for it to be repaired. In this meanwhile what are my options? I really need the internet as work/life depends on it.

Is it possible:

1) to compensate with unrestricted 5G internet over phone network?

2) switch plan to be 5g and immediately have internet?

3) get compensated for the lack of internet?

Would be happy to hear back.

Also, apologies but my German doesnt do well enough yet.
