    <description>&lt;P&gt;As it is written in contract the cost is covered the router and they told me they will send to my new address. So I think i dont need to buy the router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help with my internet connection. I signed contract with Vodafon a few weeks ago. I already informed them I will move to my new apartment on the 1st of august 2023 and the staff in the shop said they will deliver me the router to my new address. However, I didnot get the said router yet and I need internet for my new apartment. So what is the next step and where can I contact to get the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;bests,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chomsiri&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check the written „Auftragsbestätigung“ - did you actually sign a contract *with* router? Since not long ago Vodafone offers contracts with and without router, if the router isn‘t mentioned it wasn‘t included and you have to buy your own.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
