Kable Internet funktioniert nicht

My cable internet stopped working last night. I've tried troubleshooting but it still doesn't work. The lights are white and do not blink for "Internet", "Phone" and "Power".

I don't know how to reach anyone as there is no email listed and I am unable to speak on the phone. I live in Baden-Württemberg.
