Technician required for Cable socket installation (there is no socket)

Hello,

I just moved into my new apartment in Munich, and am having trouble with the router installation (the router itself and the manual how to install it are already received).

I have no socket in my wall, there is only a coaxial cable with combined signal - so the socket itself still need to be installed.

Please could someone help me organise a technician to come out and fix this? Many thanks!
