Charges for first 6 months

Hi all,

I use the internet via cable. I used to have O2 and one day out of the blue Vodafone came and said this area is taken over by Vodafone and we need to change your connection. They said first 6 months it's free and from the next month I need to pay the tariff. But it has been only 2 months now and last month I had a 11 EUR bill and this month I have a 60 EUR. I don't understand suddenly why I need to pay when you specifically said the first 6 months it's free and like a trial period.

Now my O2 bill is generated on the side and my Vodafone too. Why would I pay 2 bills for one service? And they said O2 will be stopped as soon as Vodafone is activated.

The Vodafone Service will have to take a look at your customer account. They will then change it again if a mistake has been made. You can write them a DM on Twitter or Facebook.
