The Router is changed and some time ago they said new cable will be delievered to me but since two years nothing has happend.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Ladies and Gentelman,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For two years I am a Vodafone customer and since the beginning I keep having the same problems. It is that I have Internet Interruption and very high Ping. A technian was at my home and changed the cable socket and I have received a new Router. Before one year I was told that new cables will be layed. It is very difficult to play Online Games and very frustriating. Is there anything we can do&amp;nbsp; ?&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your time.&lt;BR /&gt;Best Regards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Please contact our social media channels ( Facebook PM &lt;A&gt;vod.af/FB-Service or Twitter DM &lt;/A&gt;&lt;A&gt;vod.af/vfservice&lt;/A&gt; ) so that they can check your modem and the network behind it. You are welcome to send a latency test on which you can see the ping spikes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best regards Ricky&lt;/P&gt;</description>
