if you want to change your bank details, you can do so via this link - https://www.vodafone.de/hilfe/bankverbindung-aendern.html#wie-aendere-ich-meine-bankverbindung.
If you have any problems, you can contact us via our social media channels ( Facebook PM vod.af/FB-Service or Twitter DM vod.af/vfservice ) and we will take care of it.
