    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone 1000 Cable plan and I had it for almost 8 months now. In the early days, I had a good speed of around 800 Mbps, but recently it's been between 300 to 400 Mbps. Here are my questions:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there a way to increase the speed again? For installation, I waited 3 months for my internet to get connected. I don't want to wait 3 months for this fix.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If it can't be fixed in a reasonable time frame, can I at least downgrade my plan so I don't pay for a service that I don't get?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks in advance for your help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
