[English support] want to change the internet plan

Hello. I want to change my internet plan from "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable" to "Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable" because the Vodafone internet speed at my apartment is much slower than 1000Mbps (not even reaching 500Mbps) at my apartment. What would be the procedure?

Hello soshishimada,

thank you for your PN and your data. I can gladly offer you a change to Internet & Phone 250. The contract then costs 39.99€ per month and there is a one-time fee of 9.99€ for the tariff change. The term starts again with 24 months.
