      <title>Postpone New Cable Service Activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Community Member,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new cable connection to my new address, and I will be moving to the new address only on May 1, 2023. I received an SMS notification from Vodafone saying my new service will be activated today. Is there a way this activation can postpone until 1st of May?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could not find a way to provide the start date anywhere in the portal. I don't want to pay unnecessarily for the 5 days of service that I won't be able to use.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
