Hello,

I have just activated a mobile contract with GigaKombi and I want to terminate my internet kabel.
Can I still cancel my kabel ? Or will it be renewed to match the mobile contract expire date (2 years from now)?

Or will I receive a different bill that I have to pay more next month when I terminate the kabel contract ?

You can cancel your cable contract, but all of the GigaKombi benefits (montly discount, additional data volume on your mobile contract) will be removed from the moment on that your cable contract ends.

The two contracts do not have to match in their ending date - and they won't be adjusted. But if one of the contracts ends, there is no GigaKombi anymore.

the problem is that I'm moving out of germany, I guess I could keep kabel on my flat in Germany as I'm owner and the tenant can pay internet. But do I have to change the bill address when I move to another country if I keep kabel contract? not sure...
