    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Vodafone team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi. I've tried to install the router (Vodafone station - Wifi 6) in my house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, there has been an issue with DOCSIS offline - no internet for a month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've checked it with technicians, IT team members of my house and&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they figured out that the cable (should be installed by vodafone) is not connected&amp;nbsp;in the installation room.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition, I found that my contract started from 22nd March even though I never used the internet yet !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you check this problem and let me know how to resolve it ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your referenc, I live in Karlsruhe (BW) and my postal code is 76187.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
