    <description>&lt;P&gt;Vodafone activated cable internet on 5th Mar. but it is not working because the socket is different from the installation manual.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I was trying to reach customer services but I'm not able to communicate in Germany.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have asked vodafone offline shop and they said the socket should be changed and vodavone technician will do this. Can you arrange technician to change the socket or can you arrange a call back with someone who can speak in English?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;for your information, my socket has 2 coax connection. left one is R-TV and right one is SAT.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;there is no F type connection.&lt;/P&gt;
