Hi,

My contract is up for renewal in Jan-2023. I got this email from Vodafone for an offer to increase my speed from 250 Mbps to 500 Mbps with minimal increase to my existing price. I was hoping if I could get the increase without increasing my price. Also, I really don't quite use the Phone in my plan, is it possible to get remove that offering if that would reduce my price?

Hello WanderingDragon,

i'm sorry, but our rates are not that individual. They always consist of a bundle with Internet and phone. You can't deselect the telephone part. A higher bandwidth is almost always associated with a higher price.
