      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Dear All &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I want to complain about fraud by the Vodafone technician.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;On December 22nd, a Vodafone technician came to home saying that they are going to fix the internet connectivity issue in our home. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;He told that a new WIFI router will be sent to you by mail. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;He asked me to provide the IBAN and asked me to sign something. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;It was all in German and I couldn't read it and he said he was in a hurry. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;He said new WIFI router will come and another technician will come and install it. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;After 6 days I received the package with all GigaTV devices. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I don't own a TV. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;What am I going to do with these devices. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;How do I cancel this contract? &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Please help? &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Why Vodafone is doing this to their customers. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;This is so painful.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
