Extra charge in invoice

HI,

Last month ordered for SecurityPackage facility to try its uses. Its free for 3 months as per the website.

But now, I see 7.44 euros added extra in invoice. How can I get this rectified? And I not getting options to cancel this order.

something doesn't seem to fit here. The security package should cost 3.99€ per month. Please send the part of your invoice where the position with 7.44€ is shown. Make sure that there are no private details. We can also check this if you contact us via Twitter or Facebook.
