Moving Within Berlin

Hello everyone, I am moving my address within Berlin and need this by Jan 01 2023.

I have 2 questions:

1. I had requested through moving service about a week ago but have not heard back yet. Do we expect delays on re-establishing the connection ?

2. I am currently using Vodafone Cable, but the new address shows up it has only DSL. Is it possible to change it to cable at new address?

it may take some time until your move is processed. Did you get a reply by now? If only DSL is available you cannot use Cable anymore. Please contact us via Facebook or Twitter if you didn't hear anything from us yet.
