      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I purchased my Vodafone Cable Internet Contract Red Internet 100 2 months back from Saturn where they had the offer of first 6 months free and then from 7th month 34.99 Euros per month. But my account had money deducted both in October as well as November by Vodafone which is a clear violation of the contract. I need my money back and the assurance that the contract will be honored going forward.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried calling customer service but none of them speak or understand English which makes it extremely difficult for them to work with. I have had several hours waiting on the support staff to get on call in last several days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me address this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
