      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have ordered a Vodafone Gigahause 100 Kabel plan. The modem (router) is shipped through DHL.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The shipment status is showing delivered but I did not recieve the modem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My contract is already started but I dont have modem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;***al&lt;/P&gt;</description>
