Vodafone Modem is delivered but not received

Dear Team,

I have ordered a Vodafone Gigahause 100 Kabel plan. The modem (router) is shipped through DHL.

The shipment status is showing delivered but I did not recieve the modem.

My contract is already started but I dont have modem.

Please help me out.
