      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep experiencing significant distruptions to my internet service that prevent me from doing video calls. My cell phone automatically disconnects from the wifi as the internet is very unstable. I can't get assistance from the call center in english.
