      <title>cablemax 1000mbps activation issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not good at speaking German so I need to write this down in English! I received my box and all the documentation on Friday. However, even though I follow the steps correctly I did not receive the internet connection(red light blinking). While I tried to contact customer support, since I do not know to speak German, I could not overcome the issue. I believe a Vodafone representative needs to activate my account. Could you please help me with this matter?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
