Recently, I ordered Vodafone Red Internet &amp; Phone 250 Cable. Vodafone sent the hardware to my address, however, the wall cable is not included. I only got power cable, LAN cable and two phone cable. I went to Vodafone shop, the asked me to call customer service. I called customer service and waited for 1 hour to speak to the customer service agent, but they don't speak English.
