      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to cancel for many days and I am not able to find the option or have any tracking for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I filled a cancelation form but can't track the status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sent emails but no answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;trying to reach customer service but everything is in german and my German is still weak so it didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I didn't even recieve the router as I am yet moving to the place and in the shipping tracking it said that I didn't recieve it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But all I can see in my vodafone account that everything is okay and the service is activated!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help me to cancel it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
