      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We spoke with a helpful customer care agent today and he emailed me a tarrif for CableMax 1000. In the email, I needed to click a link to confirm the tarrif, and activate it. Otherwise it will be cancelled in 14 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to click the link but it does not work (HTTP error 404 not found).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do? Can a Vodafone representative help me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sebastian&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Fama, thank you for your response! Last night, 5 hours after the original message with the link was sent, another message was sent. This time the link worked &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinsendes_Gesicht_mit_lächelnden_Augen:"&gt;😄&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've organised a technician to come tomorrow, so hopefully the internet will be running again soon!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you and best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sebastian&lt;/P&gt;</description>
