      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hi, &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I signed the contract on May 20, 2022. I received the modem on May 31st, 2022 then I fount the &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Home does not have a cable internet outlet to connect the Cable internet modem and my home does not permit drilling to attach the cable outlet. So I couldn't use this cable internet and is not yet activated since I purchased the contract. So I would need help and assistance to cancel my contract as I am not getting any response from the customer care and this is a very serious issue as I dont want to pay for the internet that has not even been activated since months. So please take necessary actions and contact me in person to resolve this issue&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;could you please help me in canceling my contract.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Regards,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Shalini&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
