Vodafone router hasn't been delivered yet but billing started

Hello,

I'm still waiting to get the Vodafeone router. Could you please tell me when it will be delivered.

Also, as I didn't get the router yet, I couldn't start the connection but I can see the billing has started.

Please advise here.
