Internet LED flashing red

We got the Vodafone station delivered today, we tried to install it but the internet LED keeps flashing red. The WiFi and Power LED are stable.

We have tried all outlets in the apartment and have even done a factory reset with no change in the behaviour of the LED.

The Vodafone hotline is in German and we are not able to communicate with them.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
