If a technician needs to visit he will need access to the house installation. This is where the signal from the street is distributed in the house, the device is often located in the basement. Can the technician call you for the appointment under the mobile number that ends on 732?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I took the new Vodafone contract for Red Internet and Phone at Home for 1000 Mbits speed . I installed the router as per instructions but Interent not working and it's just blinking in red since 25/07/2022 till today. Tried Vodafone Hotline to get technician help but unable to do because my German language is not that good yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was told that installation is free of charge and will be done for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me in getting Vodafone Technician to get this issue resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
