No option to upgrade to cablemax 1000mbits

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade my current package to cablemax 1000mbit for 39.99€ - 10.00€ discount = 29.99€ but no options are found. Only 500mbits are available. I know my address had the 1000mbit facility as I get the option if I get a new contract.

Can anyone assist me with this? Thank you

Wich discount do you mean? And how near are you to the end of your original contract?

One of my friend living int he same area recently upgraded her contract and got the 10€ discount, thus the 29.99 monthly

Well even if the discount is not there, I dont even get the option to upgrade it with the regular price of 39.99€. I get the option when i say as a new connection.

Pricing for new costumers.

There are restrictions to fullfill

One of them that could cause the issue:

Existing customers with a cheaper tariff can switch to CableMax for only €9.99

So ... two questions:

Whats your tariff with price?

In which state do you live in?
