My router is lost

Hello,

I have orderd the internet connection "Red internet and phone 100 cable" and the router was sent to my new appartment but i was not able to recive the router delivered by DHL. Now when i look at the DHL tracking, it shows that the router was sent back to vodafone itself. Could you help to find it? Or send it again?
